When is the balance due?

We accept direct bank transfer in GBP.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full details are in our Terms & Conditions, but as a guide: 60+ days before departure → refund of balance (less deposit); 30–60 days → 50% refund of balance; Less than 30 days → no refund. We recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.

Can I transfer to another tour?

What’s included in the tours?

Accommodation as stated on each tour page (twin share unless otherwise noted); breakfast daily and dinners as stated; professional guide(s) and support vehicle; pre-tour information pack and route briefings; all local taxes and service charges.

What’s not included?

Flights, visas, airport transfers, fuel, fines, personal insurance, lunches, drinks, personal spending, and riding gear or equipment.

Can I bring a pillion?

No. The off-road sections are not suitable for riding with a pillion passenger.

Can I ride my own bike?

Absolutely. We believe you’ll have the most enjoyable experience on a bike you know – so we encourage riders to use their own motorcycles.

Does Moto Collective offer hire bikes?

Not currently. However, several UK motorcycle rental companies may be able to help. Be sure to confirm that their terms cover off-road riding on BOATs (Byways Open to All Traffic) with a road-legal, insured bike.

Is the tour suitable for less experienced riders?

Some basic familiarity with riding larger adventure bikes off-road will enhance your experience. We recommend attending at least a Level 1 off-road course at a UK Adventure Motorcycle Training School.

Do I need to ride in a group formation?

On off-road sections, faster riders can ride at their own pace while guides support less experienced riders. On-road sections use the drop-off system so riders can travel at their preferred pace while staying on the route.

What if the weather is bad?

Our UK tours run in all conditions, and routes are designed for adventure bikes. With proper gear, you’ll have a great ride. In extreme weather, routes may be adjusted for safety.

What licence and documents are required?

You’ll need a full motorcycle licence (UK or equivalent) or an International Driving Permit recognised in the UK, plus passport, travel insurance covering motorcycle riding, and health insurance.

What gear should I bring?

Essential gear includes: adventure helmet, waterproof riding jacket and trousers, gloves, boots, base layers, rain gear, ear plugs, body armour, and hydration pack. We’ll transport panniers and luggage in the support vehicle (label clearly).
